Shoshanna Berry-Porter is a communications and engagement consultant at Articulous Communications.
Since joining the award-winning firm in 2021, she has had the privilege of working on a range of engagement projects, both big and small, across all levels of government, and in the private sector.
One of the most rewarding experiences in her engagement career so far was working with communities impacted by flooding in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
“Listening to the stories of those affected demonstrated how resilient we are as a nation” Shoshanna said.
“It was also an incredible learning experience, highlighting the value of community insights in shaping the future”.
Many of the skills Shoshanna uses in her engagement career can be traced back to her time as a music teacher. As an educator, she had the privilege of working with students from all walks of life to build their confidence and improve their skills. This experience gave Shoshanna the ability to deeply connect with others in the work she does now.
Currently based in Melbourne, Shoshanna enjoys travelling around the country to deliver meaningful engagement programs with diverse communities. She is a big believer in designing engagement with equity, diversity, and inclusion at its core.
The forum is a not-for-profit event aimed at building capacity within our industry and helping Government and the private sector deliver infrastructure which achieves the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
