Prudence has extensive marketing, communications, stakeholder relations and human resource management experience, particularly within the engineering, infrastructure and urban development sectors. Prudence is currently the Senior Manager, Community Engagement, at Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) and, before this, held senior communications and stakeholder management roles within Health Infrastructure NSW (HINSW) and the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC).

Prudence is adept at identifying and leveraging core organisational strengths to inform planning and achieve objectives. Prudence is also a dynamic communicator with strong interpersonal skills that support her development and management of highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; including the media, all levels of government and the private sector. These skills are also integral to Prudence’s ability to develop cohesive, integrated and outcomes-focused project teams.

In her current role, at SINSW, Prudence leads a large team of communications and engagement managers who work with project teams to provide critical communications and stakeholder engagement services to support the delivery of more than 170 new and upgraded schools; a $6 billion investment by the NSW Government over four years. Prudence works closely with the Minister for Education’s Office and the SINSW Executive to achieve strong outcomes across media, corporate communications, stakeholder management, facilitation,branding and issues management.

Prior to joining SINSW, Prudence was a senior consultant for a leading professional services company, working across arrange of large infrastructure projects. Prudence has also worked as a Communications Manager for HINSW. In this key leadership role, Prudence provided strategic communications advice to the Chief Executive and Directors across a portfolio of over 50 complex capital infrastructure projects totaling $3.7 billion.

Prudence’s people-centric approach to leadership is reflected in the outstanding results achieved by her teams, with the needs of staff, the client and the customer at the core of procedures and staff training. Prudence is also skilled in mentorship, motivation and conflict-resolution.
