Meegan has over 25 years' experience in business strategy, project planning and delivery, facilitation, project positioning, communication and engagement, public policy, issues and risk management within the Australian infrastructure sector. She has held business and people leadership positions for 20 years, with significant experience both within NSW Government agencies like Sydney Water, and privately-owned and publicly listed companies.
She started her career at Sydney Water, enjoying nearly10 years across the organisation’s infrastructure planning, regulatory, capital delivery and corporate services areas. She has advised Australian water authorities like Sydney Water, WaterNSW, Hunter Water, Actew AGL, Seqwater, Melbourne Water and City West Water over the last 15 years.
Being able to engage with stakeholders and achieve alignment and agreement on strategy and change initiatives – be they business, enterprise, investment or project – is her core experience. She is trusted by senior government representatives to engage with critical stakeholders to inform effective agency to agency engagement and governance.
Meegan is an accomplished facilitator of internal and external workshops. She works with business and project leadership teams to design strategy workshops that are engaging, inclusive and drive alignment. She is also experienced in facilitating workshops under government investment frameworks.
Meegan's professional services consulting experience extends across Australia, with various positions held in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. She has led, delivered and advised on projects including Melbourne’s Level Crossing Removal Program, Regional Rail Link, Melbourne Metro Tunnel and East West Link Public Private Partnerships, Brisbane’s Airport Link, Gold Coast’s Light Rail and Sydney’s Western Sydney Airport and Desalination Project.
Meegan has also been involved in several successful alliances over the last decade and has sat on alliance leadership teams for the Rail Systems Alliance (Regional Rail Link), Sydney Water’s Priority Sewerage Program, North Head Sewage Treatment Improvements and Sewer Fix Wet Weather Alliances.
